What does Revolutionz USA do? Revolutionz USA is a professional race engine preparation company specializing in championship-level engine rebuilds, blueprinting, dyno tuning, and trackside support. We work with IAME and Vortex kart racing engines and serve racers at all levels, from club racers to national champions.

What engines do you carry? We sell new IAME and Vortex engines across three displacement classes: 60cc (Mini Swift / Micro Swift), 100cc (KA100), and 125cc (Shifter). Every new engine we sell includes a blueprint, break-in, and dyno test before it ships to you.

Do you offer engine rentals? Yes! We offer race-ready engine rentals at $250/day with a 2-day minimum. Rental packages are available as follows: 2 days for $500, 3 days for $750, 4 days for $1,000, and 5 days for $1,250. Available rental engines include VLR Sr, VLR Jr, KA Sr, KA Jr, Mini ROK, Micro ROK, Mini Swift, and Micro Swift.

What's included with a rental? Each rental includes the race engine, one spare plug, condition documentation, and a delivery option for select events. There are no hidden fees.

How does the rental process work? It's a simple 5-step process: choose your engine, pick your rental duration, check out, coordinate delivery details, then race and win. After checkout, a team member will contact you within 24 hours to confirm race details, coordinate delivery (to the event or track delivery), and send a rental agreement with condition photos.

What are your delivery options for rentals? We can ship directly to your chosen shipping address or offer track delivery where available. Track delivery orders arrive within 14 hours of first contact.

What is your rental damage policy? Customers are responsible for damages beyond normal wear. Before delivery, condition photos are documented and a rental agreement is signed. Damage is assessed against that baseline upon return.

What engine services do you offer? We offer a full range of engine services including top-end rebuilds, full rebuilds, engine inspection, dyno testing, and complete teardowns. We work on both 60cc and 100cc engines.

What does engine service cost? Pricing varies by engine platform and condition. For 100cc engines: top-end rebuild runs $400 to $550, full rebuild $1,200 to $1,500, required service $50 to $80, dyno testing $200 to $300, and engine inspection $75. For 60cc engines: top-end rebuild $400 to $550, full rebuild $1,800 to $1,900, required service $500 to $700, dyno testing $200 to $300, and engine inspection $75.

How fast is your service turnaround? Standard service is $75 and takes 1 to 10 business days. Expedited service is $200 and is completed in 3 to 5 business days, and includes priority same-day lab access, on-staff inspection, and receipt of documents within 3 days.

Is your pricing transparent? Yes, 100% transparency is one of our core commitments. We provide you with detailed estimates, measurements, and send pricing forms ahead of any work so there are never hidden charges or surprise fees.

How long has Revolutionz USA been in business? We've been in the karting industry since 1981, with over 40 years of championship-level experience. Our team has supported champions across IAME, SKUSA, ROK Cup USA, Patt, Stars and Stripes, and Champ series at the national level.
