Revolutionz USA is a professional kart engine building company based in Carlsbad, California, specializing in IAME and Vortex two-stroke racing engines. Founded in 1981, we have earned over 100 national championships across every major karting series in America, including SKUSA Pro Tour, USPKS, ROK Cup USA, WKA, FWT, and Champions of the Future internationally.
Our services include new engine blueprinting, full and top-end engine rebuilds, precision dyno tuning on our DynoTeg dynamometer, carburetor pairing, and race weekend engine rentals. Every engine that leaves our shop is broken in, dyno-verified, and delivered with a performance data sheet.
We build and service IAME KA100, IAME X30, IAME Mini Swift, IAME Micro Swift, Vortex VLR, Vortex Mini ROK, and Vortex Micro ROK engines for Junior, Senior, and Pro racers at every level, from local club racing to world championship events.
